While I was moving to a new apartment and starting a new job - and, incidentally, did not have consistent computer access - the lovely people at World Literary Cafe decided to start paying attention to my lovely vampire book, Dark Jewel. Which is very, very nice. It would have been nicer if I had noticed, but we'll skip right past that bit. To find the World Literary Cafe, you go to http://www.worldliterarycafe.com/ ... I don't actually know how you find any reference to Dark Jewel on their site, but I might figure that out sometime soon. When I get a grip, I'll let you know.

This is sort of how the self-publishing thing goes, I think. For a minute, you think you've got a handle on it. Then ... not so much.
